Cancellation Policy
Condiciones de Reserva, Puntualidad y Cancelación Para mantener la atmósfera de exclusividad y el rigor profesional que caracteriza a Masal-Masaje Andaluz en Estepona, todos nuestros clientes aceptan las siguientes condiciones al realizar su reserva: 1. El Ritual de Bienestar Comienza con la Puntualidad Para que su experiencia sea plena y logre la desconexión deseada, le solicitamos una Puntualidad de Cortesía: Llegada Anticipada: Recomendamos llegar entre 10 y 15 minutos antes de su hora acordada. Este tiempo es esencial para que su cuerpo y mente comiencen a relajarse, se aclimate a nuestros aromas y la sesión empiece sin prisas. Retrasos: Si el cliente llega tarde, el masaje finalizará a la hora originalmente programada para no perjudicar la puntualidad del siguiente cliente. Por ejemplo, si su cita es de 13:00 a 14:00 y llega a las 13:15, su tratamiento durará 45 minutos. En ningún caso se prolongará la sesión ni se reducirá el precio del servicio. 2. Política de Cancelación Estricta (48 Horas) En Masal, bloqueamos nuestra agenda y preparamos nuestras instalaciones exclusivamente para usted. Por ello cancelaciones con menos de 48 horas, cualquier cancelación o modificación realizada con menos de 48 horas de antelación supondrá la pérdida del 100% del importe abonado. Reagendación: Una cita cancelada con menos de 48 horas de antelación NO se aplaza para otro día. Si desea disfrutar de un masaje en una fecha posterior, deberá realizar una nueva reserva y abonar íntegramente el nuevo importe. No Presentado: Si el cliente no acude a la cita, se retendrá el 100% del pago. 3. Confirmación mediante Prepago El acceso a nuestros rituales en la Nueva Milla de Oro de la Costa del Sol,Estepona,La Zagaleta,Benahavis,Sotogrande,Marbella se garantiza únicamente mediante pago online por adelantado. No se consideran confirmadas aquellas citas que no hayan completado el proceso de pago seguro a través de nuestra web.
