Booking, Punctuality, and Cancellation Terms To maintain the atmosphere of exclusivity and the professional rigor that defines Masal-Masaje Andaluz in Estepona, all clients agree to the following terms when making a booking: 1. The Wellness Ritual Begins with Punctuality To ensure a complete experience and help you achieve the desired state of relaxation, we kindly request your punctuality: Early Arrival: We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows your body and mind to begin relaxing, helps you acclimate to our environment and scents, and ensures the session starts without any rush. Delays: If a client arrives late, the massage will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. For example, if your appointment is from 13:00 to 14:00 and you arrive at 13:15, your treatment will last 45 minutes. Under no circumstances will the session be extended, nor will the price of the service be reduced. 2. Strict Cancellation Policy (48 Hours) At Masal, we reserve time in our schedule and prepare our facilities exclusively for you. Therefore, any cancellation or modification made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the amount paid. Rescheduling: An appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled for another day. If you wish to book a massage for a later date, you must make a new reservation and pay the full amount again. No-Show: If a client fails to arrive for their appointment, 100% of the payment will be retained. 3. Confirmation via Prepayment Access to our rituals in the New Golden Mile of the Costa del Sol—including Estepona, La Zagaleta, Benahavís, Sotogrande, and Marbella—is guaranteed exclusively through online prepayment. Appointments for which the secure payment process has not been completed via our website are not considered confirmed.
